Philippe Béha has illustrated more than 200 children's books.He won numerous awards for his illustration, including the Governor General's Award and the Mr Christie's Book Award. He also has been nominated for the IBBY Hans Christian Andersen Lifetime Achievement Award. He lives in Quebec.
Robert Heidbreder is an award—winning children's poet and author. He has written over 20 books, including the popular Crocodile books, Drummheller Dinosaur Dance and recently ROAR—chestra! For 30 years he taught primary children in Vancouver. In 2002 he won the Prime Minister's Award for Teaching Excellence. He lives in North Vancouver with his wife and two cats.
