William Miniver is a lifelong lover of nature. When he was a boy growing up in New York, one of his favorite activities was looking for finds to add to his nature collection. One of the stars of his collection was a piece of driftwood, which he found on a beach on Long Island. Today, William lives in Georgia. He enjoys hiking and exploring nature with his children, and is still looking for new finds.
Charles Vess is a critically acclaimed artist and comic book illustrator. He has previously collaborated with renowned authors such as Neil Gaiman and Charles de Lint, and he most recently illustrated
