Turkey Giblet Gravy Recipe

Combine in a large heavy kettle

4 cups turkey drippings

3 cups Pre-Sifted PURITY

   All-Purpose Flour

Cook together until bubbly, stirring constantly.

Gradually add

4 ½ quarts hot giblet broth and water

Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Stir constantly until smoothly thickened. Add chopped or ground cooked giblets and season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly before serving.

Yield: 50 servings.
